Sikeres „V4 Plusz” – a Visegrádi Alap által finanszírozott nemzetközi kutatási konzorciumban vesz részt az ÁJK, a Munkajogi és Szociális Jogi Tanszék koordinálásában, a kar két oktatója - Prof. Dr. Kun Attila kutatásvezető és Dr. habil. Szuchy Róbert - révén.
A kutatás (ID 21930021) a „Workplace Whistleblowers' Protection in the V4 countries, France and Slovenia (WhistlePro)” címet viseli és a közérdekű bejelentések („whistleblowing”) munkajogi védelmét és adatvédelmi helyzetét vizsgálja a „Visegrádi négyek”, Szlovénia és Franciaország tekintetében, nemzetközi összehasonlító kontextusban, különös figyelemmel a vonatkozó új EU-Irányelvre (Az Európai Parlament és a Tanács (EU) 2019/1937 irányelve (2019. október 23.) az uniós jog megsértését bejelentő személyek védelméről)
A másfél éves kutatási programot – amely nemzetközi konferenciákat és publikációkat irányoz elő – az University of Lodz koordinálja.
On September 25, 2020, the International Scientific Conference “Workplace Whistleblower Protection in the V4 Countries, France and Slovenia – in Search of an Effective Model of Protection” was held online. The conference was organised by the Chair of European and Collective Labour Law of the University of Lodz in cooperation with the Department of Labour Law and Social Security of the Faculty of Law of the Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary within the Visegrad Grant (No 21930021) “Workplace Whistleblowers’ Protection in the V4 Countries, France and Slovenia (WhistlePro)” co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
